I live in Springfield, and these are the shoots I do at least occasionally:
IDPA:
ACPL Berryville, AR (82 miles, 2nd Saturday of the month, March-December. Match at 9:30 and 12:00. Same match, but you can shoot it with different guns.)

Bear Creek, between Stockton and Bolivar MO. Around 50 miles to the range from Springfield. 1st Saturday of the month, 10:00 AM. They usually have a side match afterwards that can be 3-gun, precision rifle, etc. Side match has cash payouts.
Twin Lakes Gun Club, near Mountain Home, AR. Around 110 miles to range. 4th Saturday of the month, match at 11:00 AM.

Stockton IDPA, 2nd saturday. Just north of stockton - 50-60 miles from Springfield. 2nd saturday. I always go to Berryville instead, but go there if its January or February, or if the match in Berryville is cancelled or moved for some reason.
USPSA:
Lamar Gun Club - near Lamar, MO. around 70 miles to range. 2nd and 4th Sundays. Match is around 9:00 but varies with weather, etc.

Bone Creek Gun Club, near Pittsburg, KS. 1st Sunday. Around 100 miles to range.
Twin Lakes Gun Club, 1st Sat.
3-gun:
CMMG/Midwest 3-gun. Fayette, MO. 185 miles to range. Usually 3rd Sat.
Precision Rifle:
Big Piney Sportsmans Club, near Houston, MO. 100 miles to range. I try to shoot the "multi-range F class match" at least 2-3 times per year. Shots from 100 to 800 yards with .308, or 100-600 yards with .223. Normally stay and do the multigun match after. Date varies, info at

Bullseye:
Sound of Freedom range, Ozark MO. 14 miles to range. Thursday afternoon 3-6. (They will run a squad whenever they have several people ready to shoot. Sometimes you wait 5 minutes, sometimes 30-40.) They don't shoot in July or August.
I try to make every CMMG/Midwest 3-gun, every Berryville and Bear Creek IDPA match, every Sound of Freedom Bullseye match, and every Lamar USPSA match. I am about 75% successful on the 1st 3 and 50% on the last 2. I make it to Big Piney, Twin Lakes and Bone Creek 2-3 times per year.
