Cabela's has had the best price on primers in the area the last few times I was there. I lucked into decent sales and found them cheaper than any of the dedicated gun shops or reloading places.
I could use a new smoker too. Still don't think I'll be there. I don't like lines or crowds. |

That's closer to what I recall. I've never seen anyone sell primers by the 100 before I went there.
I usually hit Dunn's or Mid America for primers. Stocked up several months ago and haven't bought some in a while. Gonna be time for the small pistol soon, though. |

I've gotten CCI 400 for $21.95/1000 right after they opened, and last winter they had them on sale the day I walked in for $24.95/1000.
On the same day Graf and Sons in St. Charles was selling them for $28. I guess I've just been lucky. ETA: I've come here almost immediately to post the sales when I saw them. Those threads don't get much playtime though. |

I was tempted to drive past the Mills when I went to pick up the Redbox movies for tonight but didn't. At this point, I'm hoping for either the A5 or a $100 gift card but planning on an almost free BSA 30mm red dot. $19+tax is about the right price point for that one. Worst coems to it it'll go on the kiddo's 10/22 which I hope to get for him sooner rather than later.

Went to Walmart at 10:30 to see if any of the 8PM nabi tablets were left. Also to see if they had any more ping-pong tables.
Walked around in awe of the humanity. Ping-pong tables were sold out. Not a single Walmart employee knew wtf I was talking about with the tablets. One person suggested I go look in lawn and garden as that's where all the 8PM tech stuff was stacked. No joy there. Wife and I headed back to the toys and games section where the innotab and leapfrog crap is kept. Someone had put two nabis on the shelf. I snagged them. Moseyed over to the gun counter. They had HP laptops stacked for $279. I grabbed two of those just in case they weren't total shit(I have 15 days to return them if they are). Paid for my stuff and got home about 20 minutes ago. My first black Friday shopping experience and it's not even Friday yet. Less than 30 minutes total in the store. After doing some research on the HP laptops they might actually work for the Rosetta Stone and reference PC I had in mind. Not a great deal considering the hardware, and the nabi was by far a better deal at $129 for what is effectively a Google Nexus 7. Have fun guys. I'm going to bed.
