Hey guys.  Just wanted to let everyone know I am now in Bangkok, Thailand, for the foreseeable future.  Things here are great, and a lot nicer than Kosovo.  I'm a little jet-lagged, but enjoyed the first beer I've had as a free man.

I don't have internet service at my apartment, yet, but expect that the second week of October.  I'll be taking pics, soon, and posting them.  Keep the faith, babies!

I'll be doing security consulting and a variety of services including close personal protection, site surveys, some field work, and escorting medevac teams and being a member of an extraction team.  LOTS of travel involved.

I'm staying away from  the hookers, though they are AGGRESSIVE here.

When they come up and grab your Johnson as a way of saying hi, WHEW!  One of the guys I was with knocked out a catoi (he-she) when "she" grabbed him that way, after he had already declined "her" services.   It was funny as hell, though normally the Thais do not take kindly to farangs (Westerners) punching out the "ladies".  Prostitution is actually a REVERED profession, here.  The Buddhists believe that prostitutes are as holy as monks, as they only bring people pleasure.  So, you have to be polite when declining, even though they are VERY persistent at times.

To tell you the truth, I was approached by hookers more in 10 minutes than I have in my entire life.  And some do NOT take "not interested" as an answer!
