I was in a Wal Mart in Bonner Springs Kansas last night and noticed a sign that stated non residents from Missouri, Nebraska, Oklahoma, and Colorado may purchase legally purchase firearms in Kansas. Do you know if the laws are reciprocal? I have passed on a couple of deals because I didn't want to do the state to state FFL transfers.

It only applies to rifles.
And you _should_ beable to buy in any bordering state.

ETA:  I bought my bushy from a Missouri dealer when I was a Ks resident.
