lawyer type help needed ASAP

Any MO lawyers know how, or if, a class C misdemeanor affects my rights?

I *think* it won't at all, if my understanding of the laws are correct, since this isn't for anything domestic, but I'd still like to know.

A misdemeanor for an offense other than a domestic violence beef won't affect your ability to OWN a weapon. Depending on the offense, it may affect your CCW.

Nope, a misdemeanor won't amount to much. Now if ~~you~~ whoever this is gets probation then it might until you have stood in the corner and been a good boy long enough (Probation).
Hell, now days a felony conviction isn't as bad as it was. Rights can be restored if you grease the right wheels.

And that is my opinion,

I'm here. To make sure, I need more info. FOTBR, email or IM me and tell me what you're charged with. I'll keep it confidential as I have for other AR15.com members in the past (and the rest of my clients too of course).

EDIT: Just so you guys know, FOTBR will NOT be selling you his gun collection for cheap.

OK.....all is good for a while......the S didn't HTF like I kind of expected it would. I'm not done dealing with this yet, but its looking a lot better than it was this AM.

Thanks to all three of ya who dropped in with an opinion

Once its all over with, I'm gonna have one HELL of a rant.....might have to create another login so I don't get this one banned though
