So you want to practice but you either A) Can't afford to shoot up your ammo or B) You are afraid you can't replace what you shoot? Get a Co2 BB pistol! The pistol AND ammo is dirt cheap and plentiful, you can (with appropriate caution) practice inside your house, and it doesn't matter if it's a BB or a .45 round. The principals of marksmanship are exactly the same.
