Montgomery folks -

I have a small request - did anyone frequent Tony's pizza on Bell street just outside Maxwell in the 70's-90's? That was THE pizza I grew up on. My folks would take me and my sister there almost every weekend for an Around-to-Italy pizza. Back in then we never really got to read the menu because it was kind of a set meal.

I did read the menu a few times to see all the toppings but that was at least 25 years ago.  They are now closed and I am trying to recreate it.  Anyone remember the toppings?

Thanks!

I'll ask my wife. She ate there when she first moved to Alabama, I think in early '00s, shortly before it closed. It closed before I ever got to Montgomery, but I've always heard it was really good pizza.

Thanks!  It is as the stuff dreams were made of.  A big regret is that I never had a steak from their pit.

The only pizza she remembers is the "Trip Around Italy" and remembers it being the best pizza she ever ate, but she can't remember everything that was on it.

The seller should include a newer photo. The pizza sign was sold almost 2 years ago. The trailer park has mostly older residents; a late friend's grandma lived in one and we would get pizza when visiting her.
