I've been pondering an SBR build and I think the trust route will be the best for my situation. Does anyone have any recommendations of firms that specialize in this?

I have quicken will maker and drew up a RLT. I just feel like if I can find a lawyer to draw one up I will have some legal backing.

Did both my NFA trusts and is educated on the subject of what an NFA trust is:

Mitchell Spears
804 Main St
Montevallo, AL 35115

(205) 665-5102

I am not convinced it is strickly necessary to have an attorney do it, but I am also deeply paranoid about anything involving the ATF or the Federal Bureaucrats generally.  I don't know the cost because he did ours at the same time he did a property trust, power of attorney, and our wills and there was no breakout for time spent on the NFA Trusts we had him put together.
