PSI in ga did mine. i am 99% sure they just used quicken will maker. the ver i have does revokable living trusts. i added a few NFA specific clauses that were sent to me from the guys in the NFA forums and mine sailed right through the ATF. a couple of guys have used mine with the specific changes and it's been fine in every case.

I have quicken will maker and drew up a RLT. I just feel like if I can find a lawyer to draw one up I will have some legal backing.

no more so than than what you have there. i wouldn't use it for anything real estate property related but for nfa i have no worries.
all your going to get is a big legal bill. i have talked to a few guys that had trusts denied that were written by lawyers 
i am not saying DON'T i am saying just know what your paying for. this paperwork is pretty standard stuff and the fees i have heard charged for it are laughable to me. |

Did both my NFA trusts and is educated on the subject of what an NFA trust is:
Mitchell Spears 804 Main St Montevallo, AL 35115 (205) 665-5102 I am not convinced it is strickly necessary to have an attorney do it, but I am also deeply paranoid about anything involving the ATF or the Federal Bureaucrats generally. I don't know the cost because he did ours at the same time he did a property trust, power of attorney, and our wills and there was no breakout for time spent on the NFA Trusts we had him put together. |

I don't know the cost because he did ours at the same time he did a property trust, power of attorney, and our wills and there was no breakout for time spent on the NFA Trusts we had him put together. i'd tend to agree with the paranioa except for the fact these are pretty standard forms and practices. i have seen the atf turn down a good number of trusts so i KNOW they are looking them over. one of the guys that used mine had his denied becuase he had 2 pages out of order in the packet. it was sent back to him have the 2 pages inquestion unstapled and put in the right order
