bessemer show is usually really small. i have found a few deals their from small vendors on occasion. Usually it's like a small great southern show at the bjcc.

I don't know if it will make a difference or not, but IIRC this is the first Bessemer show being organized by my friends at CASCI. They've done our shows in Montgomery, as well as ones in Northport and Dothan, for years. IMHO, they are much better than the Great Southern shows, but of course they don't compare to the "big" AGCA shows. I'll be in B'ham Saturday and was hoping I could swing by, but it doesn't look like I'll have time.  I'm still kicking myself over a purchase I didn't make at last weekend's show in Montgomery.

that man cracks me up. higher than full retail on most stuff, but he is DYING to get rid of it because he want's out of the junk business. The last time i was in the shop he offered me a case of 70's production surplus 308 for 279.00 OUT THE DOOR!! What a bargin for crappy ammo i could buy AUSSIE or LAKE CITY NEW cheaper shipped. |

WAS IT THAT VENEZUELAN AMMO HE TRYS TO PUT ON ME EVERY TIME I SEE HIM?LAST TIME I WAS AT HIS SHOP HE CUSSED ME OUT AND SAID HE WAS DOING GUN SHOWS ONLY. I TOLD HIM HE WOULD STARVE TO DEATH, SAW HIM TODAY AT BESSEMER SHOW LOOKED LIKE HE LOST 30 POUNDS. HE STARTED HIS SHIT AND ALL I SAID WAS I TOLD YOU WOULD STARVE. HE WAS STILL CUSSING ALL THE WAY OUT OF HEARING RANGE.

You mean when he told me it was more accurate than Federal GGM, he was being dishonest?  That being said he did have some pretty neat stuff even if it was overpriced. |

I went to Vito's one Saturday because Beetle recommended on here we go because he was going out of business and had such geeat deals

 thats the stuff. when lost wildcat and i were looking into the surplus business he offered to sell me everything in the shop for 350,000. <not the building just the shit piled int he floor. all i could do was shke my head and chuckle.
