Tag for update on this one.  I tried calling today and they put the phone down for about 20 minutes and then hung up!   Callme touchy, but that kind of p*sses me off.  When I call back later I got solid busy signals for another hour or so of combined trying...

WOW! Almost 24 hours and nobody knows? That doesn't bode well...

i am guessing normal hours. the only day they are closed is christmas day.
