How did Hammond do in the storm? My brother's house is in Ranch Estates which is close to the community of Baptist.

Hammond got hit pretty good, about like us here in Baton Rouge.  Mostly trees down, no power, etc.  I think they still have water, but I haven't heard any bad reports from the area.  I have a friend living around Independence (north of Hammond) and she said it's just a bunch of trees downa dn stuff like that.
