Redneck Rampage, lol. If you here that banjo in the distance - it is probably because the song from the movie 'O brother where art thou' (I am a man of constant sorrow) is playing :). Either way the name sounds good, especially here in the heart of Dixie!!

Joel,
It was a MAK90 with kvar od green stock (their nato length stock) and gtech fcg. I think I got the silver solder to take this time (don't want my brake coming loose again, lol). Your welcome on the directions, and hope we can do some shooting again soon (do I hear bump fire??). Maybe next time if people want we could bring some stuff to trade, swap, etc. just a thought. "redneck rampage" is catchy but kinda makes us look dumber than we are...kinda sorta... some other suggestions "Bullets and Burgers" "Southern shootout" "Guns -N- Grub" just some ideas...How about a poll after a few more suggestions? |

I was kicking this around, keep the name nuetral as far as state wise. With the close proximity of Birmingham to several of the other large cities in the reigon, there is no reason that we couldn't invite people from mississippi and tennesee. Personally I like FOPfest.

i like them all.
Funny thing. i talked to Vicky <range owners wife> yesterday. She is a local cop and was on night shift the day we shot. She had just gone to bed when we opened up  She was a little frazzled. Said she had never in her life heard that kind of rifle fire that close before.For those that remember they live in the mobile home up on the main road coming in. Our firing line was about 50yrds from her bedroom window mike |

BoomStock is short and sweet, and rolls off the tounge. "redneck rampage" should be our Un-official motto, but should be between us only... as we are the rednecks on a rampage.
I hope John's wife finally got some sleep...I bet the tannerite didnt help either. LWC ps check out the thread about the group tannerite buy! |

I just want to let you Guys know,that even though your Wives or Girlfriends didn't make it. I still had a wonderful time. I mean,the looks on your faces while shooting your Rifles was priceless. I am looking forward to the next shoot. And what ever name ya'll decide to call yourselves,will be an awesome name I am sure.
