Do you want to find out?! I am not putting that to the test. We will wait for the story and pics from M4. It goes a little something like this: "As M4 watches from the Helicopter above, JimTh is locked in a life and death struggle with the illusive and deadly urbanized black panther.....UH OH...................the Panther seems to have gained the advantage on Jim." PS the M in M4 stands for Merlin. Any child of the 60's gets my point here. |

You mean Marlin? He always did make Jim do all the dirty work, didn't he? "We watch now as Jim wrestles the crazed panther to the ground. Those claws are razor sharp! Oh, it looks as if another panther has come to help its troubled friend. It's a good thing Jim is covered by a Mutual of Omaha life insurance policy." Marlin, of course, won't lift a finger to help him out. That is, if he's even on the scene. He usually just watches Jim's escapades from the comfort of his elegant mahogany-paneled office in Nebraska, taking credit for Jim's work. |

i was rabbit hunting in kingsbury state park several yrs. ago and came across a mauled deer carcas that had cat paw prints in the snow about the size of the palm of my hand. i'm not sure what they were from but my partner much older and wiser than me was sure they were from a big cat, defenatly not coyote. i've herd of several big cat sightings in the area over the yrs. but none were black?

I saw a recently road-killed cat on the highway shoulder a few years ago that had to have weighed 75+ pounds when it was alive. It was black, or dark enough to look black to me. I didn't bother telling anyone because no one believes you when you tell them you've seen something like that.

A few years ago, I was going West on Vernal pike just past Hall Signs in Bloomington . It was almost dark, (sunset+10 min.?) and I saw a BIG cat! He ran across the road about 50 yards ahead of me. It was very dark colored , although I can't say black for sure. I did see that it had a fairly long tail. Guy at work owns property about a mile East of this location, and he and his father/inlaw have seen them several times.
Like Rhino, I didn't bother reporting it to anyone for the same reasons. There is absolutely no doubt in my mind that these cats ARE in Monroe Co. I've seen 'em myself. Gump Oh yeah, Vernal pk. eventualy comes to an end just East of Whitehall. |

Oh yeah they're out there but not just that far down south. We've had reports of em up here in Central IN. Still part of their traditional bounds and I've found a few mauled deer up here myself. Found tracks the size of my fist and knowing the pattern from growing up in Colorado I know it was a big cat. Ain't no little bobcat or lynx it was a cougar sized print, easily. Havent seen a print in about 2 years on this end though. I think there was a story a fwe years back about a cougar tearin up some live stock last I heard then it just disappeared.
Rhino, it's hard to dispute proof should've pulled over and tossed it in the back, now you got evidence.

You are named Jim and M4 is older than you are, close enough to be a match on the internet! So you rack the 870, piss your pants, then shoot yourself with the .38 rather than listen to the crunching sound of the fangs dragging across your skull? Works for me. If they eat the coyotes, I am cool with a few of them being out there. I wonder how many dipshits were running around the woods this past weekend looking for the Panther? Anyone ever see the moive "The Russians Are Coming, the Russians Are Coming." For some reason that moivie comes to mind right now. |

Speaking of Black Panthers ... and this time the "militant" version ...
Anyone remember a few years ago when the son of the local leader of the Black Panthers was "implicated" in a double murder (I think it was in Hamilton Co)? The police found some minor little evidence like the son's entire handprint on the wall in the blood of one of the victims. Inconclusive stuff like that. Anyway, I recall the father on the TV news threatening to declare "open season" on killing "white people" if his son was convicted and sentenced to death. It was about that time when I mentioned the story to a former  She went on to tell me that I was racist because I suggested that the Black Panthers were, and proceeded to lecture me on how only white people can be racist and bad. At that point I reminded her (a pseudo-liberal socialist-statist of purely white European descent) that I was only half "white," to which she retorted that I was only that way when it was convenient for me.  Needless to say she was ... "downsized" from my list people with whom I am willing to communicate. De-featured from my life, if you will. Good times ... good times ...  |

It was a triple murder and they, like me, were not real white people, they were Greek.

Thanks, Patrick! He is a thoroughly unpleasant individual in my opinion. I'm no expert, but I suspect Dr. ML King, Jr. would not have very much in common with the likes of Ajabu. The name is kind of catchy, though. I think you should change yours to Mmoja G. and I'll be Joey Ajabu.

Geez, you are bad as I am! You should see my cousins, half greek and half italian, but you are right. When I was kid in LA, sometimes I played baseball in Watts, during the height of the whole Black Panther movement. Even their Moms wanted to kill Whitey! Between the death threats, cheating, and tension in general, I just wanted to get the game over with and leave. We never won. I am pretty sure it was a triple. It was the Brother and Sister and the Employee of the Father, who was watching the 2 teenaged kids all week. Killers knew the Employee, stopped by for a visit at the "rich kids" house with some drugs, then whacked them all. |

You're right it was a triple I remember one of the Police Captians from Fishers PD telling me about it. Happened in Carmel, the way he told it the son went and bought drugs, didn't have a car so he had some deleivered, a few days later they came back ran sacked he house, slit the throats of all of them the baby sitter, the son (15) and I think 13 year old sister too. The way they knew is when they didn't show up to school and couldn't get ahold of someone. Or atleast that's how I heard it a few years back. Oh and another thing that's just great black panters and the nation of islam B E A UTIFUL. Was that DC Sniper one of these guys he seemed to fit the profile pretty good to me? Question, would the FBI be going after them or PETA first? |
