After 2 years and a lot of debate, I finially decided to become a resident of Indiana.    
Mostly because I am no longer able to afford the out of state tuition bills.  
And also I got tired of waiting for CCW in WI to get passed.  Oh, and the !@#$ing liberals too.

I have to go get an IN DL and a CCW license, but other than that I should be g2g.  

Anyway, I have a new build coming together and was hoping that someone would be so kind as to allow me to borrow a set of vice blocks, an armorer's wrench and some vice time to put it together.  I won't have the upper until later this week, but after the 1500 I should have everything.  
So, would anyone mind lending a poor college student these tools to assemble my Recce???
I can teach you guys the proper way to cook Brats in return!

Yes he is.  I'm sure I'll wind up helping.  Tools I SHOULD have and dont.  

I have all of the tools but I live on the southside of Indy.  Greenwood area.

Shooter521- Sounds like a good plan. I was planning on goin to the 1500, but I can go Sunday.  

I have the lower done, it is just basically putting the upper together.    

And I dont have a grill, but I can prepare the brats.
