To be honest, yes.

Armalite's MSRP on the complete NM lower is only $387 new, and you know *nobody* pays MSRP.

Also, assuming the Armalite brand name doesn't mean anything in terms of resale value, one could build an equivalent lower (using non-Armalite parts) for about $300, using brand-new components.

Finally, having to add S&H and Ins., plus receiving fees on the buyer's end (if not a FTF sale), is a deal-killer.

Price it in the $250-280 ballpark and you shouldn't have any problems unloading it, IMHO.
