Roger That!!

I'l  be bringing my quad to help ferry material and 48x48" cardboard to use as some targets.  AR, FAL etc. will be accompanying me.  Can't wait to meet some fellow Arfcommer's FTF.

PS. What time is good to show up if you need help setting things up that morning?

I will be there as well, with my lovely wife in tow. We should be there around 9:30 to help with last-minute prep.  We'll have to take off around 3:00 to head for Missouri, as we're shooting the Glock match in Hallsville on Sunday.

Will have "no-ban" configured ARs, my Romy AK-74 and my suppressed .22 on hand for folks to try out.

See everybody there!

I'll probably be there.

But all I am gonna have is a DCM AR, an M4gery, and a 870.

If you want to shoot a big gun, I'll be glad to drag out the AR50.  THATS a gun.  Maybe an AR.  Although I'll be begging for M16 time and watching alot.  (hopefully listening to suppressors)

Umm,
Don't you mean not listening to suppressors?
Oh, and I am going to be bringing lots of spoons.

I am still in.  I will bring an 870, maybe a few .22's and 1 Light weight AR (if I finish it in time).  In the middle of a move so I am traveling light right now.

See you there.

I'm in as well as a coworker and possibly his wife. Probably bringing 3 ARs, 1 5.45 AK, a few glocks, and maybe a Savage Mod 10 in .223.

I was thinking of bringing a box of clay pidgeons to set out. Will the landscape work well for that and is this OK with the owner?

Planning to attend.
Bringing Yugo SKS w/ 100 rounds of Wolf.
Bringing AR15 w/ ~80-100 rounds of 45gr JHP and 40 rounds of 55gr FMJ. (Hoping to use up the FMJ in someones M16 hint hint)
Bringing folding table which will probably be my (or loaned to anyone else for a) shooting platform.
Planning to bring water filled 20 oz bottles.  My favorite cheap free reactive target.
Planning to bring along a coworker who is familiar with guns.  He may bring a few of his guns, not sure.
Oh, I can also bring along my .22 Single Six and ~200 rounds.

Jim

ETA: Bring that .50!!!

Some of the members are camping Friday night in the Martin State Forest near the shoot site, but no one will be at the actual property until Saturday morning.

I'll be there, on which day I do not know yet.  I'd like to arrive and camp the night before.  Anyone know if the nearby campsite has showers?  If not I'll just get an early start Saturday morning.

No showers at Martin State Forest.  Nice crapper or 2, running water etc, but no showers.  I will be down there Firday night.   Maybe I will put up an arfcom sign?

Info on the campsite is in the survival forum.  I will go grab the link.

Remember that the shoot will be Saturday only.

I'm sure that you meant that you weren't sure if you'd be down to camp Friday night at the forest or maybe not arrive at the shoot until the same day. I just wanted to clarify it in case someone misunderstood and showed up Sunday to an empty property.

Oh yeah, I've given some thought to bringing my Benelli M1014 shotgun. I bought it about a year and a half ago and still haven't ever gotten around to firing it. I don't have any ammo for it though. Anyone bringing any 12-gauge ammo?

I did add the mag extension last night since the ban has expired, but still cannot swap out the faux telestock for a real one due to 922(r).

Yeah I know there's no shooting on Sunday

I have one measley box of some Remington 00 buck you can have since I don't even own a shotty anymore.

Ugh.  After trying out different brands of slugs and sighting in my 1187 this summer, I have no interest in shooting a 12 gauge.  However, Walmart sells trap loads $15/100.  Usually a box of 5 00 costs about $2.50.  So, if you have time to make it to the store, that stuff is pretty cheap.

So, does that mean that you don't want to try out ViperEH's AR-50 then?

However, Walmart sells trap loads $15/100.

Yeah, I thought about picking some of that up.  I just figured some people might prefer something with larger shot, thus they'd have to bring their own. I had 1000 rounds of "00" buck stockpiled back, but sold it all to a coworker.

Madness:
Will your 1014 cycle reduced-recoil "tactical" buck?  If yes, I can bring a few boxes, provided you let me shoot the beast.

ViperEH:
Reserve me a couple rounds of .50BMG, please.

Since it is still NIB, I haven't the slightest idea what it will eat reliably. Now's the time to find out, I guess.

Heck, I am planning on letting everyone try it out.

I will have 10 rds of buckshot and 10 slugs with me, plus roughly 75 rds of birdshot.
I will also have 520 rds 5.56mm (Hopefully 770).  Most of it is 77 gr Sierra MK ans 80 gr Sierra MK.
