2) M1As

3) Semi-auto shotguns with 8+ tubes

Thanks!

From my understanding, but I don't know everything.

Where are you moving to possibly?

Potomac

And yes, all are pre-2012.

Except the 9.

As was already mentioned, all your stuff is good to go,  the overall environment in regards to guns is not bad, while there are some odd restrictions in Maryland, the last AWB is not enforced at any level, most public ranges that you may find yourself at will be filled with various AR's and AK's. while Maryland sucks, primarily because of no CCL, you can still walk into a store and by an FN SCAR, IMI Tavor, CZ Bren/scopion or basically any rifle designed after 93.

Everything that was banned by name such as an AK47, FAL, HK91, or is a legacy design is 100 percent legal if purchased as a Pistol or SBR.  why you may ask, Pistols and SBR's are considered handguns under Maryland code and exempt from the MD Firearm Safety Act. so a HQL is needed to purchase with a 7 day wait.

Some other odd stuff, Norinco M1A's are good to go, and are cash and carry. Current productions 308 M1A's are banned from sale.... But if you order one in 6.5CM they are cash and carry.
A colt 6920 is banned from sale, A 6920 SOCOM is good to go and is cash and carry. same thing with a 6940. same thing with a HBAR.

Its so odd in Maryland that the State police of a webpage dedicated to the status of certain firearms which they also state is not legally binding since they are not experts.
http://mdsp.maryland.gov/Organization/Pages/CriminalInvestigationBureau/LicensingDivision/Firearms/FirearmSearch.aspx?&&p_Manufacturer=Ruger&p_Status=Not%20Banned&&PageFirstRow=1&&View={EB794138-CE9C-4E9E-B3D2-B78C316F87DF}

you will see the Hk416/Mr223 not banned since its operating system is incompatible with a standard AR.
You will see the Colt 6940P banned because its the same thing as a standard AR
both of which you can purchase cash and carry this very moment.
Lowers are available everywhere.

SBR's need to be over 29 inch if post FSA.  But if built as  a pistol with brace have no minimum length requirement. you may ask yourself but wait... Are not SBR's and pistols the same thing in Maryland code, Yes, but SBR's are both rifles and pistols.

In short Maryland is retarded but basically, but you can have pretty much anything you want.

Last time i was in country, I picked up 2 Kac Lowers, a SCAR, a CZ Scorpion, A glock 19 and two Cans. Next time i might get a CZ bren or BT AC556

True, AKs not chambered in 7.62 are cash and carry.

Home inspection was a bust.

The house had wood rot, foundation issues, damaged windows, faulty wiring, etc, etc.

Repairs would cost upwards of $50k.

They wouldn't fix or rebate, so we bailed.

Still looking...

One other things peculiar to MD is you cannot buy mags over ten rounds in the state. It's legal to possess them and you can go out of state, buy them and bring them back.

1.  Sellers market is turning into a buyers market.

2.  Why Maryland?  WTF.  Across the river in McLean or Great Falls is better.

What about NFA stuff in Maryland?  Any restrictions on Full Auto / Silencers / Short Barrel Shotgun?

I know of two class 3 dealers, with sbrs and sbs on display. I own a suppressor from one of those dealers.

As far as full auto, there's a range local that has been renting them for years. So I assuming that's allowed, although I have no personal experience.

What I remember is that it's all regulated by the State Police and so if you clear the Federal forms you are okay to own it in the People's Republic (for now).

Live out by Leesville, VA and drive in. Trust me. That close to the border there is ZERO reason to buy in MD.

You meant Leesburg i assume? (Leesville is roughly mid state in VA.)

I agree though. I live ~10 minutes from the ferry into Leesburg, so i frequently hop over for certain needs.

McLean to Potomac is not the end of the world as a commute.  30 minutes in the morning on a good day.

I once met a Navy (?) doc who bikes from McLean to the Bethesda hospital center every day for work.

If you considered Glen Echo, please look at McLean, VA.  Right across the river.
