anyone know if the new ridiculous legislation has changed anything on the legality of 80% lowers being bought it MD?

They're still just paperweights so you can do what you want with them. Building however is a different story as you would be manufacturing a firearm after the Oct 1st AWB.

That was my next question. Say for instance, you had a few 80% lowers laying around that have been milled out to complete stripped lowers, but you have not thrown LPK's in and assembled to a complete gun? Or if you have a few 80%'s laying around that you bought years ago and haven't put together yet? These laws force people to be criminals to keep the things they've always had and do what they love.
