I know that Maryland has outlawed HK SP89 Pistols, but does this also apply to a SP89 that was made into either a PWD Rifle or a SBR?

What would a dealer have to do to convert a SP89 Pistol into a Rifle (just add a stock and fake suppressor to the barrel)? Then could this rifle be then shipped into MD?

Can a Bobcat BW89 PDW be purchased in (or transferred into) Maryland?

a sbr does not qualify for the gun ban, so get some one to ( a sot/ffl) put a stock on it and buy it ship it in and be done with it. i have no idea on the bobcat
