Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Buying From VA?

Hello im 19 and i live in MD there is supposed to be a good gun show in VA soon and me and my Dad were gonna go down there to check it out. Is it legal for me to buy a gun in VA as a Resident of MD?
and what about buying guns like semi auto AKs in VA and bringing them home if i can buy a gun in VA.

The gun show at Dulles Expo center was last weekend.
You can buy non-regulated long guns in VA. and bring them home with you. You cannot buy anything in VA that is regulated in Maryland (handguns, AR's, Ak's, etc) unless you have it shipped to a Maryland FFL for all paperwork and you still have to wait 7 days.
