Hey guys....gonna be in Sykesville for a couple of days, and I might come up for air long enough to get out to a range if there happens to be one pretty close. My g/f just got a new .38 spec and I'd like to take her shootin. I don't want to spend too much time on the road....that'd mean too much time away from the B&B.

You'll be 15 or 20 minutes from Hap Baker in Westminster.
Just follow Rt32 north out of Sykesville to Rt140 in Westminster, turn right and go down about a mile or so, you'll see a spot to double back to the dump, the range is behind the dump. Here's the link:ccgov.carr.org/rec-park/hapbaker.pdf |

eshell...thanks for the info and the link....unfortunately the only day we will be available is on a Monday....looks like that range is closed every Monday.
