Are the Saiga rifles and shotguns regulated weapons in Maryland?
I'm thinking a 12ga, a 7.62x39 and maybe a .223 would make good additions to my firearms collection.  Especially after I convert the 7.62 and .223 to be in their proper configuration.

I know the shotguns are cash and carry. At least the couple of shops I have seen them at sell them as so. Im in the market for one of the 19in 12ga models.
