Check w/ Mayland state laws, but for the most part ya just have to be sure to ship the rifle to a FFL dealer which purchaser chose. The purchaser should send you a signed copy of the FFL dealers' license and you ship the rifle to him.
The reason for checking your own state laws, is some require that you take rifle to FFL dealer in your state and ship to purchasers FFL dealer. USPS or UPS are what most use for shipping. Mike |
