looking for specifically a 16 inch mid length upper in 5.56, and the lower parts kit to complete the rifle with the
lower reciever that i already have |

just save yourself the trouble of trying to find one locally and order your upper from a website.
thats what i did 11-5-08 at about 1:30am 
i think it was $429 + shipping i have 2 RRA midlength 16" uppers, both shoot 1.5" groups, 100 yards, iron sights with 55Gr FMJ
