I'm sorry if this has already been covered, but I didn't find an answer in the archives.

I need to have a lower stamped and (possibly) refinished. Who would you guys recommend for this?

Just the lower. I don't know a whole lot about refinishing either.. can I have a gunsmith just re-cover the affected area or would that look crappy?
