Can anyone tell me if Crux Ordnance is still in business? I placed an online order with them on 7/14/22 and have sent numerous emails to them with no response. I tried calling only to get nothing.
Starting to think I need dispute the charge with my bank/ CC company.
Dealt with them in the past and never had an issue.

Update. I must have made contact in the many emails I sent as right after I posted this Crux sent me an email with my shipping information.

Update #2- I finally received by order but they did not include the second identical item. Once again I sent them an email and they said they would get right on it and send the item. Over a week passed and no reply or receipt of second item. Again send another email and response was apologizing and they would send the item accordingly.......... Lets see how long it takes this time!!!!

Update 3. I finally received the other item that was missing from my original order. Whew all this for two SS RSA........

They have been a little busy in Marion because the lake for their main water supplies dam broke.
All better now I think
