APC Intro to Mountaineering

Illinois Battle Buddies are trying to throw a plan together to make this happen.  There's a spot in the Harrisburg, IL area that would work very well for this event.  Good camping, too.  We have five or six guys & gals interested at this point, probably a few more.  I figure that area would be centrally located enough that hopefully some guys from surrounding states could attend.
No special equipment would be required.  APC would provide ropes and associated gear.  You'd just need to not have a crippling fear of heights.

Looks like this event will be a go for this Saturday and we have a few open slots.  We’re just waiting on a few formalities before saying it’s 100% on.  I’ll post up more information shortly but it would be pretty safe to start making plans if you’d like to attend.  It would be cool to have some Kentucky guys there.
