I have been carrying with my Kentucky CCDW for about seven years. There are not many instructors in this part of the state and I was wanting to find out more about becoming certified to be a CCDW instructor. I couldn't find anything on the KSP site or packing.org. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Those listed on the kc3.com as "Instructor Trainer"  are the folks that can certify you to be an instructor.

I was an instructor for the first 3 years of the program (started in 1997). IIRC the process was basically the same class work you go through for the carry permit - with a few extra hours added on that covered doing the paperwork and conducting the range session.

IF you can make it into Louisville I know of a trainer who has room for 1 more in an upcoming class. Incidently he will not run a class without a minimum of three people, I have been number 2 for almost 2 months. Email me or IM me for his name and number as well as location.
