Everything anyone needs to know is here, "Perez ended up being ranked among the top three candidates for the police chief’s job and was appointed by Mayor Joe Ganim". The other two candidates were probably not criminal enough for Ganim.
Was Perez one of the anti gun asshole chiefs of police in this state who would not issue pistol permits? |

The old Federal one year and a day. If he got one year, he has to do the whole thing. A year and a day means around 10 months. Just like Rowland got once. No, I don't know why they do it this way. |
