Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Who was it that had Pre-Ban SBRs but doesn't shoot anymore?

I remember reading on here a while back that a member mentioned his friend registered 2 Pre ban lowers and now doesn't shoot anymore.  He form 1'd them and is hesitant to sell since his info is on them.  
Is that member here?  I ask because I would like to talk to him and possibly make an offer.  

This isn't so much a WTB add as a looking for the member who posted that.  Thanks.
