just curious, i know it's not really practical but are they legal in CT? either rail mounted or stand alone. just thought it might look cool. any help would be appreciated.

Connecticut doesn't have any laws against marine flare launchers that I know of.

thanks, i thought that was the case but wanted to double check. is spikes the only maker of a launcher or are there others out there that anybody knows of??
