I have a copy of the ban as passed in 1989 that I received from GOAL last year.  This is what Nancy thought was the most recent version.

Does anyone out there know of other updates or an online resource?  

The ban was passed by the state legislature (not by the Boston City Council), but was not published in the statutes, so the only official copy has Dukakis', Bulger's, and Fitsferald's sigs on it.
