I would like to know the procedure for obtaining a non resident carry license in the state of Mass. Any help is appreciated. TIA

Check Packing.org for the phone number at CHSB. Call and leave voicemail with what you are needing and where to send it. They will send you the application and instructions.

I am in CT and got a MA non-resident ltc quicker than I got my resident. All I did was use their dep. of public saftey website to order the forms and they were at my door in like two days. It does need renewing every year and is about 100$ if I remember correctly. Good luck.
