I am from PA, where you can own anything with the right transfers.  I am going shooting in maine, and am wondering what I am allowed to have in that state.  Are SBRs legal?  what about my permit to carry?  Threaded/Bayo lugged ARs?  Etc

Good review of Maine Gun Laws.

Maine does not recognize or have reciprocity with any other state's CCW permit.  About 60 days to get a non-res CCW for ME.

Class 3 is legal in Maine.

No assult weapon regs, so your evil, bayo lugged AR is legal.
