Yes.  Postban configured rifles aren't assault weapons, and therefore can be brought into the state. |

Whats your opinion on buying a Pre-ban Bushmaster lower that was originally built into a rifle prior to 9/94 and now has been built with a postban RRA upper and 6 position stock. Is this legal to possess in CT?
