All police reports of that nature are public info. However, somethings like SSN, etc. are redacted. There is usually a fee to retrieve it. You need to know either the neighbor's name or case number. Go to Downtown or call ahead to know where to go.
ETA. I'm not OKCPD, but the procedure is standard for Department's everywhere. |

You can try finding it on the OKCPD Jail Blotter if they were booked into jail.
