i swear i think of changing numbers everytime i see that.
what good can having the weapon that did the deed do? its been a 4 years, what eviidence can be left on it? |

I was guessing they had found that by now. It may be at the bottom of a pond or lake if it hasn't been found by now, you would think that anyone who had it that wasn't connected to the crime would have turned it in and taken the reward, unless they are afraid they might get prosecuted for something.

Last word I had heard was that it had been sold at a gun show and that the new owner(s) probably have no idea of its history. Is that no longer a viable theory?

There are so many gunowners out there who arent on the internet and will never see the reward announcement. Half my family doesnt own a computer. Someone may have bought it for HD and its sitting on their night stand.
