I have a Rem 700 CDL sf in a .257 weatherby on the way. Have any on you shot a .257 and what did you think? Also If you have brass for it laying around, let me know.

I've had a 250/3000 and a 25/06. But never a 257 Weatherby. They have too much of a loud "crack" for me when I shot one. They can be exceptionally accurate rounds in the right rifle though.
