I think he had a booth there...Burious what the show prices are on them as I may head up to the creek.

I saw them.  Didn't look at the price though.  I have some issues with slapping a 50bmg to an aluminum receiver and two little pins taking the grunt of the recoil.  Look at the Serbu rifles.  Similar design but with it's own frame.

The AR receiver isn't really even acting like a "receiver"...The actual receiver is the bolt tube(like every other bolt action) and it really could operate without the lower with some sort of trigger pack. It still mystifies me that the ATF approved the uppers, when you really could get them running without a receiver at all.
