A few months I signed up for an average payment plan and I locked in at like $8.32/ dekathingy. Well, what do ya know...I look at my last couple bills cause the bill is up n down....so I callem up "oh we're sorry sir, we didn't get you locked in at that price but our records do indicate you were to be signed on on it, we'll fix it for you n blah blah blah"....damn gas company!
