I can't really say how their machines are set up, I know their on radom number generators and the more play they receive the better the odds should be, when you play, you've got to play max bets to increase your chances of winning, most people play less credits, but you'll never hit a big jackpot by playing that strategy, all that does is increase the liklihood(odds) of someone playing max credits hitting, now thats not a guarentee that you'll win either, casinos don't stay in buisiness by every/even most customers winning, now don't get me wrong either, if you want to spend some money playing the machines, then by all means play, just don't expect to win, most people you see hitting a jackpot, has probably put nearly as much if not more into the machine to hit the JP, its the lucky few that have came up and sat down put a few bucks in and hit it big, most have picked the right time when the odds have came around, it just means that someone else has feed the machine and ran outta cash before the odds came around,
if your expecting to win when you go, its better to just stay home or take your woman out, least you'll get something outta that, just think of the machines as an expensive video game entertainment, but if your wanting better odds of increasing your money, then play the table games, blackjack, acey duecey, poker(texas hold'em, omaha, 7 card stud, 3card, caribean stud) piagow, bacceracch and some others I can't think of right now, but don't expect to win all the time on these either, cards fall funny for everyone once in a while, but thats why its called gambling,
everyone I've spoken too, has had very good things to say about remington, I been receiving promotional vouchers for free meals and stuff, so their trying to better their already huge customer base, if your not satisfied with them, theres about 15 other casinos in a 40 mile area, and with the new legislation the states fixing to pass concerning gaming, then its only a matter of time before Okla. is going to have true vegas style class III gaming casinos, theirs already class III at remington and the indian casinos that are signed into the state compact,
whats funny about the state compact, is that only the last four pages deal specificly with indian casinos, taxation of tobacco, and gasoline, which was illigal in itself as outlined in the fed regs, because it combined what should have been three different tribal/state compacts into one, the state said if you want class III gaming (ie. card games) you have to give us a cut of your tobacco/gasoline sales, extortion at its finest, but greediness will make people do and sign into funny deals, now the first 30 or so pages deals mainly with, and caters to the horse racing industry, whom the state rep that aurthored the compact has holdings in,
I'm predicting that we'll have a big named vegas backed casino in OK. in 4 to 6 years that is not an indian casino, this tribal state compact that most tribes signed into for 20 years is going to be their downfall in gaming and as sovergn nations, I noticed recently that work has again been started on the Skeirvan Plaza in downtown OKC, what I'm predicting is that a backer will come in and make a deal with the OKC council/city and since the city owns the skeirvan, they will sign it over to this backer for say......35 to 40% of the take in exchange for the hotel and location, both parties will make out like fat rats, that will only be the beginning,
but this is nothing new in the state, its been in the works since keating was gov., now that we have the lottery, horse tracks racinos and soon to be independant casinos, our state will be the gambling capital of the mid south, thanks in great part to ignorant tribal leaders whom were blinded by their greed for personal gain, who through their short sightedness sold their own people out, but hell..thats American History.
schools out.
