Another alternative is that these hurricanes may be indicative of the wrath of God toward the US.

Or it could be what most meteorologists say it is, a part of the natural cycle of hurricanes they have been observing for about 100 years. The predicted an upturn in the number and severity of the hurricanes a couple of years ago, all a part of the natural cycle that repeats itself on a fairly predictable schedule.

wacko or not, if you study enough about high energy physics, you will discover that our top scientists sound more like phylosophers than mathmaticians.
physics is kewl!!! never underestimate electicity. One day, I watched (big) airplanes make a precise grid all across the sky, horizon to horizon, then the contrails slowly grew thicker (they did not disipate like normal contrals do), and they got thicker, and kept getting thicker, untill they covered the sky. during a period of 4 or 5 hours, the sky went from clear to completely overcast, becasue of whatever was being dumped into the atmosphere. I Can't explain it, and I have never seen it again. But I don't spend much time outdoors looking at stuff anymore. |

So you guys are saying the USA and the USSR does not have weather changing technology. I didn't say that they used it or who where using it . It is fairly open that we have it and have had for a while. Heck set a nuke or bomb on the ocean floor and you have a tide wave. The USSR used it this summer to keep the sky clear when had a big deal and didn't not want it to rain. There is a lot of black ops war fair that take place. If you don't see it in usa today it does not happen right.

Your in trouble now my dad told me this very same thing 3 days ago. He said he figures god is pissed about them taking his name out of the pledge not to mention NO is known to indulge sinners. 
Honest to god my dad said he figures God will make an earthquage drop about 2/3 of san fan fall off in the ocean and take a lot of the Fags with it. You two sar-1 and danc are now in the company of thinking with a freaking nut"my dad" you guys just think I'm crazy.
I do beleive we can alter the weather how much I have know Idea but yes it would seem extremely possible to me..........
I'll be bowhunting OCT1 the ndenway in me trying to get out.  But if Bigfoot happens to step out you can rest assured I will burry a 100 gr revolution bh in his ass at about 265fps. There are two more months of hurricane season. We'll wait and see if anything else happens.
I don't have any special insight into whether this is because of God's wrath or not. New Orleans is definitely a cess pool. And it does indulge sinners. If San Francisco or Las Vegas has a natural catasprophe in the next few months, I will say it IS due to the wrath of the Lord! The real thing about all of this, is that we as a nation are woefully unprepared in civil defense. Lots of money is spent paying bureacrats who can't find their *ss with either hand to direct the efforts. New Orleans is a good example! |

We(man) cannot do that, think about for minute..... If we could, there would be no more drought anywhere, there would be no more hurricanes, or tornados, we could stop them before they happened. There would be no more arid dry places on earth, we could change the climate world wide to a comfy 70degrees, and each country would be able to produce more than enough of its own food. Black ops and weather machines, I have heard it all now. These hurricanes are earths way of dissaptting heat and energy, it is natural, it happens, it will happen again. |

1shott, there is an aerial setup in Alaska owned and manned by the US military that covers almost 100 acres. It is surrounded by tight security, has its own massive power plant, and is listed as a research center.
Look up some of Nickolas Tesla's experiments in the early 1900s. He is the designer of the 3 phase power AC power distribution in use today. Some of those experiments involved sending power without WIRE. What this has to do with weather, I can't say. Just seems interesting.

I've seen pictures of that place, Dan. Lots of antennas and stuff.
Physics is truely amazing. IT can do things most people cannot even imagine. And a lot of it has been known for 100 years. Ol' Tesla was about 100 years ahead of his time. While it is impossible to utterly start or stop a huricane (from scratch) for instance, there are other things that can be done. And just because we can influence weather, doesn't mean we can make all the world's climate perfect. And it definitly doesn't mean the people who can do it WANT to do it. Rememebr gulf war #1, ? The skies of Iraq were suddenly overcast completely for days. Think that was an accident?  maybe... but my money is on NOT! |

The program in AK is called HARP . From what I have heard the the use of neg and pos Ions to change the weather. There is a UN Treaty the USA and the USSR singed that we wounld not use weather mod's as a weapons.
