Help me out here guys. What do I need to do to legally obtain a SBR? What is the procedure? Is there a link that already discusses this. Thx in advance.

File a form 1 with the ATF, you will a 2 pics, passport type, finger print cards and a CLEO sign off, fill out the form send it all in with a check made out for $200.

Or form a corp, by pass the pics, prints and CLEO sign off...still need to fill out a form 1 and a check for $200

UNLES you want to buy a SBR from a SOT then he can get the forms filled out for you, you have to get the other stuff.
