Try Bills Pawn in Purcell, Oklahoma 527-4444. It may be further south than you want but a transfer for $7 might be worth the trip. If you want to stay in OKC area try D&B gold Moore, Oklahoma 793-9033. I think D&B charges $25 but he has a nice selection of stuff to look at.

I would go with Bill's pawn also. He is a nice guy and you can't beat that price.

I checked with an old friend locally, the owner of the Shoot N Iron Practical Shooting Academy, I figured he could put me on to someone, he recommended the PCA Gun Shop, I believe the fella I talked to was named Chad, and I mailed off the paperwork yesterday, so in a week or so I should be able to pick up my lower receiver.

PCA Gun Shop = Chad Pope. He's a nice guy and I think still holds an S.O.T. in addition to his FFL. Bill's Pawn is as cheap of a transfer dealer that I know, but Purcell is a pretty good little haul from Shawnee just to save $15 or $20.
