I don't know if y'all know this, but Brad Henry signed SB 834 into law on 06/09/2003.

SB 834 is supposed to lower the age to get a CCW license from 23 to 21 and supposedly clarify/improve other firearms related laws in the state.  I cannot, though, for the life of me, find the full text of this bill.  I'd love to see what else it affects.  Anybody know a good place to look?
