That was mildly amusing.

But I wasn't quite sure if it was...

- Just a silly, mindless prank?  Or...

- a political prank meant to make a fool of the board. [Questions: Is the board pushing poisonous policies and thus worthy of such mockery, or is the board actually doing a good job?  I don't know enough about that county.] Or...

- a sort of planned denial-of-service attack attempt where the "pranksters" attempt to fill up the roster with non-existent names so that opponents of some poisonous policy would not be able to speak?

- some other situation.
