Personally, I'd suggest signal.
I don't believe telegram is truly end- to- end encrypted unless you are very careful in setting up your group. That said, I'm in nova and definitely interested in setting up some alternate comms channels. |

I have Telegram under my first name and @Rifleman556 as my username. I’m also on M14forum under the same username. I’m near the VA/TN line for reference.
