Goochland here, I voted a little after 8 am and was the only voter in the area. I asked and was told I was #18.

At 330, I was 238 in precint that has nothing more than a VFD and a gas station........whatever that may mean.

I was #144 at 3:45pm in my tiny little district. My wife voted around 5pm and was number 161. I hope a low turn out is favorable for Brat.
