The wife & I are traveling through WV & VA on our way to Tennessee. We'll be taking our handguns, with our PA carry permits. PA has reciprocity with WV & VA. I've checked the state laws, and from what I can see, there is no duty to inform LEOs if I am pulled over. Is this correct? I don't plan on speeding, just want to cover all the bases beforehand. Thanks

I can't speak for West Virginia, but there is no requirement in Virginia that you notify any LEO that you are carrying.

You do not have to notify the officer in WV.
