Yes, this gets back to my beaver business from previous topics.  The creek that they have dammed up is part of a resource protected area (RPA).  It's on our land, and while we technically own it, we can't touch it to remove/add anything.  Once we trap all the beavers could we call the state or county out to destroy the dams and return the creek to a free-flow condition?  Not that I necessarily want the .gov out to do anything on my property, it would be a hell of a lot easier than trying to destroy 300+ feet of beaver dam.  If you have any info on RPA laws I would really appreciate it.  Thanks in advance.  MJD
